EDF Energy Graduate Application Process

  • Online application - the graduate’s application such as skills and qualification is matched with the program criteria
  • Online situational strengths assessment - this is a strength-based exercise to find out more about the applicant's strength and how it can add value to the organisation. Situational strengths include what you enjoy doing and are good at naturally
  • Online numerical reasoning assessment - In this test, you'll be challenged to solve problems involving numerical calculations related to job-related tasks. The exercises test your numerical reasoning skills, verbal reasoning strengths, and logical strength skills. The test is provided by Capp or Caffinity.
  • Telephone interview - a strengths-based interview assessing the candidate's strengths and natural abilities. Candidates are given the opportunity to discuss their natural strengths and the situations in which they perform best. Instead of focusing on what you "can do", strengths-based interviews focus on what you 'love to do'.
  • Assessment centre - a variety of assessments to demonstrate yourself in a well-rounded view with particular emphasis on your strengths and areas for development.
